Too good to be true is normally accurate, but this job really is a good salespersons’ dream… you’ll be supported from the off by a VP that really wants their team to do well.
They’ll support you to be the best you can be, to deliver great solutions, and ultimately, enhance your earning potential

The commission structure is fairly simple and pays REALLY well!  You have the opportunity to ,in some cases, earn DOUBLE or TRIPLE the payment on your volumes, as well as a load of other accelerators on top.  at base, and for just achieving targets, you can expect to earn nearly £30,000 on top of your base salary, which can sit anywhere between £45,000 and £55,000.

The business is a global 20 freight forwarder, so you’ll be backed by an ops team that knows how to get the job done.
They’ll help you solve clients’ problems and will take the day-to-day stress of dealing with clients, leaving you to do what you do best.  People are the businesses’ best asset and you’ll be treated as such.

In terms of experience, this is a multimodal sales role, so you’ll need experience of that.  If you’ve got an airfreight bias, then we REALLY want to talk to you.
The business is all about building solutions so you’ll need to be naturally consultative and solution focussed, with a drive to want to build relationships and ultimately, win new business
