Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator/Advisor in our Operations department. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues through various channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain customer records, including contact information, interactions, and feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate suggestions to the management team.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers and provide relevant information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office.
  • A positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Salary Range

£30,000 – £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
