Role Purpose

Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer’s needs by delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the provision of service.

The purpose of the Customer Service Advisor is to ensure that Customer expectations are managed and fulfilled. Not only is it absolutely imperative that the customer is prioritised and communication is maintained to a high and time sensitive standard, it is also crucial to communicate with the Transport and Operations teams to ensure the operational service provision is successful

Main Duties

To include, but not limited to:

  • Customer communication
  • Management of key accounts
  • Quality checks on customer paper work and manual bookings
  • Customer query response (Email and telephone)
  • Working closely across departments (Both Charter and Export/Import ops)
  • KPI creation and management

Education & experience

£26,000 – £27,000 p/a (DOE)
